Album: California Part 1
The drive through California on day 1 including an awesome 8 mile hike at Feather Falls, Sundial Bridge in Redding, and the Three Shastas. The end of the night was one of the most incredible sunsets I've ever seen, followed by an amazing lightening storm.

Album: Southern Oregon
Southern Oregon including Avenue of the Giant Boulders, Mill Creek Falls, and Crater Lake. I hiked up Garfield trail at Crater Lake for some incredible views.

Album: Silver Falls State Park
Further north, almost to Portland, I stopped at Silver Falls State Park. There you can find The Trail Of 10 Falls. I only saw 4 out of the 10 falls, including 2 you can walk behind!

Downtown Portland including the Classical Cinese Garden.

Album: Washington Park Portland
Washington Park in Portland, home of the Oregon Zoo, Rose Garden, and Japanese Garden.

Album: Columbia River Gorge
The COlumbia River Gorge. I started at Latourell Falls and did an 8 mile hike that took me to several other falls, ending at the great Multnomah Falls. After that I went to the Bonneville Dam.

Album: Mt St Helens
Mt St Helens Volcano. A steaming mountain, and lasting destruction from the eruption 25 years ago.

Album: Vancouver, BC
My favorite city on the trip! Pictures from the border, waterfront, Granville Island, and Stanley Park. That evening was the finals of the Celebration of Light, a huge fireworks competition!

Album: Whistler
I did the Grouse Grind, a crazy 3km hike, 1km up! It's a great workout. Then pictures of Whistler where I hiked around a bit and played in the snow. I would love to come back in the winter!

Driving down the Oregon Coast. Pictures of many lighthouses, Astoria, Cannon Beach, Florence, Sea Lion Caves, and the Sand Dunes.

Album: California Part 2
The final drive back home. I drove through the Redwoods in Redwood National Park and Humbolt Park, including the Avenue of the Giants. Then I went to Mendocino where I had an early dinner before heading home!
